manipulate device-mapper driver command

dmctl

dmctl works with the device-mapper kernel driver. It can send and receive information and commands from the dm driver.
Print driver and lib version.
List available kernel targets.
Create device with [dm device name].
List existing dm devices.
Get info about device with [dm device name].
Rename device with [dm device name] to [dm device new name].
Remove device with [dm device name].
Resume IO on dm device [dm device name].
Suspend IO on dm device [dm device name].
Print physical dependencies for dm device [dm device name].
Switch active and passive tables for [dm device name].
Print status for device with [dm device name].
Print active table for device with [dm device name].

The dmctl utility appeared in NetBSD 6.0.
