The problem was caused by a bug in the gcc optimizer and solved by disabling the optimizer for a particular source code module. * Fixed a potential memory problem in the XMP code. * The PHP wrapper now honors the "open_basedir" setting in the php.ini file, see also www.securityfocus.com/bid/36951/info. * The starter_type3font samples did not set the bounding box for the glyphs correctly. As a result some undesired clipping could occur when viewing the generated PDF with Acrobat 9.2 (but not older versions). This problem affected only the sample code, not the PDFlib implementation. * textformat=utf16 (i.e. without specifying the byte ordering) didn't work correctly in Textflow if the text began with a BOM which indicated non-native byte ordering. * Large File Support was accidentally disabled in the AIX 64-bit builds. @ text @$NetBSD: patch-ab,v 1.3 2009/11/25 23:58:01 joerg Exp $ --- config/mkmainlib.inc.in.orig 2009-11-26 00:52:45.000000000 +0100 +++ config/mkmainlib.inc.in @@@@ -29,7 +29,7 @@@@ install:: $(MAINLIBNAME) @@-if test "$(WITH_SHARED)" = "no"; then \ cp .libs/$(MAINLIBNAME) .libs/$(MAINLIBNAME)i;\ fi - $(LIBTOOL) $(INSTALL_DATA) $(MAINLIBNAME) $(DESTDIR)$(libdir); + $(LIBTOOL) --mode=install $(BSD_INSTALL_LIB) $(MAINLIBNAME) $(DESTDIR)$(libdir); @@-if test "$(WITH_SHARED)" = "yes"; then \ $(LIBTOOL) -n --finish $(DESTDIR)$(libdir);\ else\ @ 1.3 log @Always use --mode with libtool. @ text @d1 1 a1 1 $NetBSD$ d10 1 a10 1 + $(LIBTOOL) --mode=install $(INSTALL_DATA) $(MAINLIBNAME) $(DESTDIR)$(libdir); @ 1.2 log @update to 7.0.4p4 This is a security update. changes: -fix integer overflow which can be used for DOS or system access (SA35180) -update bundled libpng to 1.2.36 to fix potential security issues @ text @d1 1 a1 1 $NetBSD: patch-ab,v 1.1 2008/06/02 16:46:42 drochner Exp $ d3 11 a13 29 --- configure.orig 2008-06-02 13:09:29 +0300 +++ configure 2008-06-02 13:13:20 +0300 @@@@ -3839,7 +3839,7 @@@@ darwin* | rhapsody*) esac ;; -freebsd*) +freebsd*|dragonfly*) if echo __ELF__ | $CC -E - | grep __ELF__ > /dev/null; then case $host_cpu in i*86 ) @@@@ -6113,7 +6113,7 @@@@ else ;; # FreeBSD 3 and greater uses gcc -shared to do shared libraries. - freebsd*) + freebsd*|dragonfly*) archive_cmds='$CC -shared -o $lib $libobjs $deplibs $compiler_flags' hardcode_libdir_flag_spec='-R$libdir' hardcode_direct=yes @@@@ -6576,7 +6576,7 @@@@ freebsd1*) dynamic_linker=no ;; -freebsd*) +freebsd*|dragonfly*) objformat=`test -x /usr/bin/objformat && /usr/bin/objformat || echo aout` version_type=freebsd-$objformat case $version_type in @ 1.1 log @make it build on DragonFly/FreeBSD, from Hasso Tepper per PR pkg/38832 @ text @d1 1 a1 1 $NetBSD$ @
