@x11/wired-notify: update to 0.10.7

Support loading the config from a custom path (--config PATH) (#173).
Raise windows periodically to keep them always on top on X11 (#176). Wayland compositors should respect AlwaysOnTop.
Wired now gracefully exits when CLI parsing fails (thanks @@leana8959).
Wired will now search icon theme paths when looking for icons, instead of requiring a full path. (thanks @@y2w8).

    Specify the icon theme in your config with e.g.: icon_theme: "Adwaita".

Add an option to round the other notification block borders (thanks @@y2w8).

    rounded_border_corners: true in NotificationBlock config.

Update winit -- wired should now work properly by default on more Wayland systems.
The print_to_file path now supports tilde expansion (so you can use a path like ~/.wired.log, whereas before you would have had to specify the full path). Thanks @@GlowingScrewdriver!
Add option for not showing the config reloaded notification (#166).

    notify_on_reload: false.

Support x-canonical-private-synchronous hint, which functions the same as wired-tag (#160).

    Some environments use this for replaces_id-like functionality (volume notifications, etc).
