@Updated www/ocsigen to 2.11.0.

Changes include:
- compatibility with ocaml 4.07
- compatibility with Lwt 4.x (a lot of this was already in patches,
  which I've now been able to remove)
- replace tyxml-parser with xml-light
and some other minor bugfixes and improvements.
