@py-kivy: improve NetBSD support

Based on https://codeberg.org/gnuhealth/mygnuhealth/wiki/MyGNUHealth-on-NetBSD-with-Kivy-Python

While here, pull in upstream changes to fix compatibility with
latest pytest-asyncio, and get the test suite to run.

Bump PKGREVISION.
